About The Position

To perform tower, Lifestyle Center, and grounds common area maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma required. Technical vocational training is preferred.
• General cleaning skills.
• Maintenance skills: painting, drywall, light electrical, mechanical skills, general technical knowledge, door hardware.
• Ability to read and write clearly.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Daily tower and grounds inspections
• Common area repairs
• Equipment PM inspections
• Tower common areas cleaning
• Maintain tower supplies inventory
• Tower punch list repairs
• Unloading trucks
• Hurricane preparation
• Assist unit maintenance in units
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management
