What You Will Be Doing Join our elite team dedicated to crafting precision-engineered golf clubs for the world’s top players. In this role, you’ll perform advanced club operations—including assembly, loft and lie adjustments, cutting, buffing, and gripping—while ensuring exact specifications and zero-tolerance standards. You’ll utilize precision instruments for inspection and measurement, adapt to evolving processes, and contribute to the continued growth of Worldwide Tour Staff Player club usage. Beyond technical excellence, you’ll support inventory checks, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with related departmental tasks. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years in club building or 4 years in related golf club assembly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to read and speak English
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Work around heavy grinding and sandblasting equipment
  • TEAM-first attitude
  • Willingness to work effectively with others

Nice To Haves

  • Basic computer skills preferred
