About The Position

As a Shift Leader in our Golf Ball Plant manufacturing operations, you will lead teams to achieve excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. You will set clear expectations, develop associates, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing key manufacturing objectives, optimizing staffing and Work in Progress (WIP) levels, and ensuring effective machine utilization. You will coach and coordinate team members to meet production, quality, and cost targets while upholding safety and operational standards. Your leadership will play a key role in facilitating communication across shifts, supporting equipment maintenance activities, and integrating new processes. You will also take a hands-on approach to training and developing hourly manufacturing associates, supporting performance evaluations, and reinforcing a culture of recognition, accountability, and continuous improvement. We are currently hiring Team Leaders to support multiple shifts at our Ball Plants in New Bedford and Dartmouth, MA.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of supervisory experience required
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop teams
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in AGS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to complete a Leadership Assessment, which will be used as part of a behavior-based interview process

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered
