The Total Rewards Systems & Analytics Sr. Manager leads the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of Total Rewards (TR) technology, analytics, automation, and reporting. This role is responsible for establishing and advancing the TR dashboard and analytics strategy, overseeing system enhancements and AI/automation priorities, and ensuring the integrity, scalability, and performance of TR systems and survey platforms for Compensation & Benefits. This role serves as the primary liaison between Total Rewards, HR Technology, IT, Finance, and other enterprise partners. The Sr. Manager will drive data-informed decision-making through robust analytics and reporting while building sustainable processes to support ongoing system operations, enhancement governance, survey management, and portfolio oversight. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, technical fluency, operational discipline, and people leadership to enable a modern, insight-driven Total Rewards function.
