The Total Rewards Specialist plays an important role in delivering a positive employee experience by supporting Nevada Gold Mines’ compensation and benefits programs. In this role, you’ll provide operational and administrative support that ensures our Total Rewards programs run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly. You’ll work closely with HR partners, vendors, and employees to coordinate benefits administration, support compensation processes, and help employees understand and access the rewards available to them. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and helping people navigate benefits and pay programs while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
