Excellence starts with our people. The Total Rewards Specialist supports the administration of the company’s compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave programs. To support all People Operations activities, particularly by reducing the administrative burden of the Director of Total Rewards and other People Operations leaders. Serve as primary administrator for payroll processing and related audits. Manage employee leave administration. Support benefits administration and reconciliation activities. Administer employee recognition and rewards programs. Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to benefits, leave, employment verifications, etc. Provide a compliant and positive working environment for all.
