The HR Manager, Total Rewards manages the coordination of all Team Member engagement initiatives, plans and executes all Team Member events and activities, manages recognition programs, and coordinates all ancillary activities. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all benefit and leave processes while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements. Proactively administers all aspects of the company benefits plan, managing the administration of all leaves of absence, and auditing all benefit and leave programs to ensure continual compliance. In addition, responsibilities include working with the HRIS Manager to liaison between carriers, system administrators, and the befits team to execute benefit programs and resolve any benefit related coverages challenges. The HR Manager must also provide consistent service to all internal and external Guests, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, and guest service.
