Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is redefining how healthcare is delivered - making it more accessible, affordable, and consumer-focused. As we prepare for significant growth, we are building an HR function that not only supports the business, but actively shapes how work gets done. We are seeking a high-impact HR professional to own Total Rewards while helping position HR as an innovation center within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs are well-designed, effectively executed, and clearly understood, while also leading initiatives that introduce more modern, effective ways of working across the business. This role sits at the intersection of execution and improvement. It is responsible for running core programs that matter to employees every day, while also helping the organization move forward in how it operates. Success in this role will come from the ability to bring structure to complexity, simplify where needed, and consistently raise the standard of how HR delivers value to the business.
