Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried team members across multiple restaurant locations
  • Partner closely with restaurant managers to validate schedules and timekeeping records prior to payroll submission
  • Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage and employment laws
  • Support employees with benefits enrollment, eligibility, life-event changes, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate benefits onboarding for new hires and clearly communicate benefit options and deadlines
  • Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and resolve discrepancies with carriers or brokers
  • Maintain accurate records across medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness programs
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for payroll, benefits, and People + Culture policy questions
  • Maintain confidential, compliant personnel files and employment documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and the overall employee experience
