Immanuel Communities is seeking a Total Rewards Coordinator to work at Immanuel Home Office located at 1044 North 115th Street, Omaha, NE 68154. This is NOT a remote position - candidates must reside in the Omaha, Nebraska area and work from the home office location. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. The overall purpose of this job is to provide support and coordination of information within the compensation and benefit functions of the Total Rewards department. The work and volume varies based on daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal timeframes or other intervals directly related to business needs. This role supports the accurate, timely and regular sources of information necessary for business related compliance, decision making and development of total rewards for the organization. Much of the work is directly related to the support of the employees benefit programs with timely and accurate processing. The person in this role has a responsibility to ensure that Immanuel's compensation and benefit programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Supports and lives out Immanuel's Mission and CHRIST Promises.
