Job Summary: The Total Rewards Analyst position will be a functional analyst for leading research, data analysis, and project support related to the establishment and maintenance of our employee benefits offerings and compensation programs. Reporting into the Director, US Health, Wellness & Retirement, the Total Rewards Analyst will support aligning the company's total benefits strategy with local practices, maintaining recurring programs such as the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and Open Enrollment, and support the design of future total rewards programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, accounting or related field preferred
  • 5 + years' experience in Total Rewards preferred
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures, including ERISA, financial analysis and budgeting
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgement
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Exceptional customer focus
  • Team player; able to work well in a virtual team
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the administration of health, welfare, and retirement employee benefit programs in the United States.
  • Assures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulation, including completing government compliance activities, employee mailings, vendor billings, and data collection.
  • Provides benefit plan interpretation, guidance and counsel to employees, HRIS representatives, and managers. Presents benefits information to inform and educate employees and local HR.
  • Conduct annual market assessment to recommend competitive pay practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners on new hires, promotions, job evaluations and other compensation initiatives.
  • Manages equity program grants, vesting events and recordkeeping.
  • Compiles, analyzes and reports data for ongoing programs such as benefit offerings, recognition, annual incentives and wellness initiatives.
