The Total Rewards Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the company’s Total Rewards strategy with including a focus on Leave of Absence (LOA) administration. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and employeeâfriendly management of all leave programs, while also supporting benefits administration, compensation activities, data audits, and rewards program oversight. The analyst will partner closely with facility HR teams, Payroll, Benefits vendors, and employees to deliver seamless service and maintain the integrity of Total Rewards programs.
