About The Position

The Total Rewards Analyst will be primarily responsible for providing support to Global Total Rewards and Human Resources supporting several projects and initiatives, as well as some day-to-day activities. The position is part of the Total Rewards (TR) team and will work with TR and HR members around the world in a variety of compensation and benefits assignments. As part of the Total Rewards team, this position assists with implementing, and administering compensation & benefits strategies, policies, programs, and tools. The Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee group benefit and compensation plans and will provide analytical and technical support. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years' experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations role, with benefits and compensation
  • Experience working for Global Organization a must.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology.
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations with regard to processing of health, leave of absence and retirement benefits
  • Experience in leave of absence, time-off and workers' compensation programs
  • ADP experience a plus, along with SAP or other similar systems. Reporting and website maintence.
  • Software and HRIS implementation experience required.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, Sharepoint and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable speaking with employees at all levels of the organization. Position requires answering phones and heavy work in ticketing system
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Must be able to carry out and multi-task projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data and confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • HR Professional certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, CEBS or CCP)

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing employee data and providing analytic support and insight related to the analysis.
  • Supporting HR/TR by identifying and making recommendations on process improvement/simplification.
  • Participating in the administration of various compensation programs, including annual salary review, annual bonus, and others.
  • Being a key stakeholder in various projects including compensation data clean-up, implementation of new programs and any other ad-hoc projects and analysis.
  • Assisting with compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive pay and practice information to help determine company's competitive position.
  • Handling recurring and ad-hoc requests for reports and analysis as needed.
  • Participating in benefits related projects and assignments based on seasonal needs in the US and other countries, including open enrollment, benefits harmonization, etc.
  • Administration and supporting of all global benefits programs and provide education to HR and business leaders on employee benefits, including wellness, recognition, and retirement programs.
  • Assisting with US leave management programs to include policy development, review and updates policies as necessary. Support all North America locations on concerns/issues regarding leave management and coordination of leave polices
  • Assisting Human Resources in coordinating benefits processing (enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, etc.).
  • Partnering with Benefits Manager on all aspects of annual Open Enrollment process.
  • Partnering with HRIS Team and Benefits Manager on benefits-related processes and transactions in ADP
  • Partnering with parent company on GPS/SuccessFactors implementation of Compensation Module
  • Partnering with Sales Commissions team on as needed basis
  • Completing complex analyses to identify issues, provide alternatives, and recommend solutions to business needs.
  • Working closely with third-party vendors to develop and administer programs.
  • Partnering with Human Resource and other various internal stakeholders on M&A due diligence and integration. Act as a key strategic thought leader representing the Total Rewards team in support of acquisition integration activities.
