Kelvion Inc., one of the leading global and domestic manufacturers of heat exchangers is seeking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our Corporate Team. This position can be located in Knoxville, Catoosa, or Atlanta. Under the supervision of the Vice President, Human Resources, the incumbent is responsible for the administration, coordination, and enhancement of our Total Rewards Programs. This position oversees the development and implementation of compensation structures, benefit plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will provide Benefits subject matter expertise across the region.
