DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers. General Summary: What business need does this position exist to fill? This position involves all aspects of the total loss process. Starting with the notification of the total loss claim, cancelation of ancillary products, filing Gap with the correct service provider, and ensuring completion after receiving insurance check. Specialists work with insurance adjusters in gathering all the necessary information pertaining to the claim and documents. Specialists will work with third parties to obtain updates or changes to insurance claims. All processes should be completed in a timely manner to quickly and efficiently move the customer through the total loss process.
