About The Position

The Tortilla Clerk delivers quality customer service in a retail store environment. The individual is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values. The clerk maintains inventory and department cleanliness for the department.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Basic kitchen skills; tortilleria department experience a plus.
  • Valid Food Handlers Card;
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Basic kitchen skills; tortilleria department experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer service
  • Maintain product freshness
  • Order inventory
  • Package tortillas, chips, tostadas and all other products in the department
  • Ensure coolers are cleaned and organized
  • Maintain cooler temperature logs
  • Maintain cleanliness of tortilla machine
