Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in tool management, warehouse, or utility operations preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and utility equipment.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools and equipment.
- Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on tools.
- Coordinate tool check-in/check-out procedures for field crews.
- Track tool usage, repairs, and replacements using inventory software.
- Ensure tools meet safety and operational standards.
- Assist with procurement of new tools and supplies.
- Coordinate calibration and certification of specialized equipment.
- Support safety audits and inspections related to tool usage.
- Transport tools and equipment between job sites as needed.
