Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in tool management, warehouse, or utility operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and utility equipment.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized inventory of tools and equipment.
  • Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on tools.
  • Coordinate tool check-in/check-out procedures for field crews.
  • Track tool usage, repairs, and replacements using inventory software.
  • Ensure tools meet safety and operational standards.
  • Assist with procurement of new tools and supplies.
  • Coordinate calibration and certification of specialized equipment.
  • Support safety audits and inspections related to tool usage.
  • Transport tools and equipment between job sites as needed.
