Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Intern Program. This exciting opportunity offers a paid, 10-week experience for selected UNDERGRAD OR GRAD (based on HM request) students. The program will run from June 1 to August 7. Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates, possess U.S. work authorization, and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule. Additionally, participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged. Role and Responsibilities Position Summary The summer intern will be a shared resource between the Advanced Tech Support and Platform OA&M teams, providing a well-rounded and comprehensive experience. The intern will collaborate with these teams to develop and implement scripts designed to detect network anomalies and, where feasible, take corrective actions. This role will require the intern to gain a deep understanding of network architecture, logic, processing, and the parameters that control network operations. In addition to script development, the intern will partner with the teams to design and enhance dashboards for network monitoring. These dashboards will play a critical role in improving overall performance awareness, enabling the team to proactively address potential issues and optimize network efficiency. The intern will also have the opportunity to work on various projects that align with the strategic goals of the team, contributing to the continuous improvement of Samsung's network infrastructure.
