Requirements

  • Typically, 0 – 2 years' experience in one of the following
  • Inventory Management
  • Tool Crib
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions
  • Strong general inventory skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good overall knowledge of tools
  • Strong knowledge with Windows-based operating systems and software, and some experience with excel
  • Work independently and stay focused to complete assigned work
  • Problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift over 50lbs
  • Role may require standing, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, and walking for unspecified durations.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hanger positions)
  • Comply with environmental health / safety policies / procedures.
  • Participate in 5-S activities.
  • Perform all work in a safe and timely manner
  • Perform Hands on location check of GSE tooling, and cross check tooling data bases.
  • Utilize various reference sources such as SAP and AMM to verify and reconcile tooling and update database as needed/directed with AMM reference and type of aircraft it used with.
  • Assist in complete reorganization of tool room and tool lockers, including systematic installation of new shelving, per provide plans
  • Help Identify tooling that needs protection, and assist in ensuring proper storage and labeling
  • Perform other duties as assigned
