Job Summary：
Trane Technologies is now taking applications for Machinist and/or Tool and Die Maker in its La Crosse production facilities.

Requirements

• A Two-year associate degree in Machine Tool Technologies or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Journeyman Machinist or 4 years’ experience as a Tool and Die Maker is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership and CNC machine experience are preferred.
• Sound communication skills are a must for this position.
• Candidates who do not meet the above criteria may be eligible for enrollment in a company-paid apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Successful candidates must be able to work safely and effectively as a competent Machinist/Toolmaker in tool room and production environments.
• Applicants must be able to read/interpret blueprints.
• Applicants must have their own precision tools, be capable of performing quality work in a safe manner, and work as a team player.
