About The Position

Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is a leading global manufacturer of small engineered precision components utilizing proprietary multi-slide die casting technology and tooling techniques. We currently have an opening for a Tool Room Assistant on 1st Shift. Pay : Starting at $18/hr., based on experience Summary of Position : Maintains production tools (manufacturing dies), assembles and disassembles tools, cleans tools as required.

Requirements

• Must have valid Drivers License
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of organization, read, and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Clean tool and all of its components utilizing washer unit.
• Maintain washer unit.
• Clean tanks and change solutions as needed.
• Assemble tools as needed.
• Store/Retrieve tooling.
• Drive company car to various local vendors to retrieve supplies/tools.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Tool Room Supervisor.
