This hands-on role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining tools and equipment for our customers while delivering excellent customer service and support. Requirements

• Experience in construction, small engine repair, pneumatic, or electric power tool repair (preferred)
• Experience in the construction or industrial supply industry (helpful)
• Strong mechanical skills and technical aptitude
• Customer service mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and retain technical knowledge
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair nail guns, staple guns, and other pneumatic and electric tools
• Demonstrate and provide customers with proper equipment operation and daily maintenance training
• Complete customer orders and ensure timely, accurate service
• Complete and submit documentation such as work orders, parts orders, and time sheets
• Communicate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Interact with customers while providing the highest levels of service and professionalism
