Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of mechanical repair and/or manual assembly experience
Must be able to read and interpret design drawings
Must have a strong knowledge and background using hand tools related to fabrication and machine builds
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Responsibilities

Will responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing repairs on equipment/products that returned under warranty.
Read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and ASME codes & standards for accurate assembly and fabrication
Use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to ensure precision in fabrication
Conduct product conversions, upgrades, and reworked per orders
Document all findings, steps taken to repair, tests, and performance results
Maintain safety standards on construction sites or manufacturing floors by adhering to safety protocols
Assist in mechanical assembly processes involving machining, soldering, or pipe threading as needed
Support fabrication projects by applying basic math skills for measurements and calculations
