Requirements

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical procedures, governmental regulations, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Knowledge of database software, Autocad, internet software, manufacturing software, Microsoft Office, AS400.
Ability to use active listening.
Communication with others is in line with Magna Common Values.
Ability to think process oriented and apply the MPTSH standard structured problem solving process.
Frequently required to stand\walk, talk\listen and reach with hands & arms.
Occasionally required to; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
General good health to meet fast paced environment and sometimes high stress situations.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
