About The Position

As a Tool & Die Maker, you’ll play a vital role in our production success by: Safely manufacturing dies, parts, and spares based on specifications and SOPs Working from blueprints, sketches, and models to determine necessary materials and machining methods Selecting proper steel, machines, tooling, and precision gauging instruments Setting up and operating lathes, mills, grinders, Wire EDM, CNC EDM, and more Verifying conformance and precision to exact standards and dimensions Troubleshooting issues and recommending design and functional improvements Participating in continuous improvement, LEAN, and training initiatives ⸻ Why JV Manufacturing? Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn and apply machining technologies and tools
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Microsoft Office and other technology
• A safety-first mindset and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous Tool & Die Maker trade experience
• Journeyperson Papers
