About The Position

This position will provide direct supervision of represented personnel responsible for tasks related to Tool Manufacturing. Coordinate Tool Manufacturing activities in Tooling, 6S/Clean Team, Team and Tool Control. Supervise employees responsible for Tool Manufacturing activities, coordination of employee training, work assignments, recognition, and disciplinary actions. Provide direction to employee’s using established policies and procedures. Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access. Requirements

Must be a US Citizen.
This position supports a facility that requires special access.
Tooling experience - fabrication of tools, building of jigs and fixtures, template and pattern making, and/or model building.
Working knowledge of Manufacturing processes and procedures required.

Nice To Haves

Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments.
Operating Systems, SAP, SFM, QUADS, CAPP'S, & MAXIMO.
6S Principles
Supervises employees involved in the fabrication of tools, building of jigs and fixtures, template and pattern making, and model building.
Background knowledge with laser trackers and SA software.
Flexibility to work any shift
