We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, engineered solutions to our customers worldwide.

Requirements

  • HS diploma required.
  • Completion an approved Tool and Die Maker state apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

  • Constructs, alters, and repairs a wide variety of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to very close tolerance.
  • Develops strategies for fabricating die components using the most efficient machining methodology.
  • Maintains specified tolerance to warrant proper qualification of the stamped product.
  • Meets all quality and efficiency expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability for using shop mathematics, handbook of geometric and trigonometric formulas.
  • Ability to work from drawings and sketches.
  • Ability to use all types of precision measuring instruments.
  • Thorough knowledge of machine shop practices, principles of mechanics, machine shop operations, and the working generalities of material
