Kapco Inc. is looking for a Tool & Die Maker II at our Osceola, WI facility. Primary Responsibilities: Performs skilled duties in developing and building dies, jigs, fixtures, etc. Building new and repairing of existing dies, consisting of progressive dies, fixtures, etc. Works from blueprints and sketches to create or modify prototypes, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and molds. Calculates the dimensions and tolerances required to set up the machine tools. Operates lathes, grinders, milling and boring machines to produce tools. Performs all Tool and Die Maintenance and Repairman duties, effectively and efficiently as needed. Verifies that quality and print specifications are met. Orders supplies. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requires a two-year trade school program, or equivalent.
Three to five years previous experience in building new metal stamping and progressive dies required.

Responsibilities
