Sigma Design has collaborated with a heavy industrial fabrication and machine shop seeking an experienced Tool & Die Machinist I to join their facility in Beaverton, OR. This company is one of the largest machine shops on the west coast. They have a long history of offering a wide range of equipment and services. Their products are used in a variety of industries, including mining, steel mills, power generation, cement, pulp, and paper. Prorated upon hire. This role will be based onsite in Beaverton, Oregon. We are open to candidates nationwide and provide relocation assistance for non – local candidates. Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm $66,500 - $74,800 annually Primary Function: The Tool & Die Machinist I supports manufacturing by producing, modifying, and maintaining precision tooling and fixtures used in production. This role interprets technical drawings and specifications to machine components, ensure tooling performs to required tolerances, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The position works hands-on with both manual and CNC equipment while collaborating with engineering and production teams to deliver reliable, high-quality tooling solutions.
