About The Position

Engage in critical aerospace projects, including the design and assembly of military aircraft that are central to national defense. This site is pivotal in advancing aerospace technology, offering roles that support the security and effectiveness of aviation and aeronautical innovation.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in Aircraft Tool Design.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Catia V5 is required.
• Must have "Well Fixture" and "Well Jigs" experience

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with previous company tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design assembly tools, handling fixtures, and composite tools for aircraft programs.
• Develop new and modify existing tool designs using Catia V5.
• Create design concepts based on written requirements and support tool manufacturing.
• Write Tool Use Instructions for the tools designed and perform detailed tolerance analyses.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure tools meet specifications.
