This role may be eligible for relocation. You will be responsible for designing effective and efficient tooling for use on various aircraft components. The designs must meet site safety requirements, performance targets, and general design standards. You will also be exposed to assisting in the development of new processes to help make the Tool Engineering and Procurement teams more efficient. Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62.

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuing a mechanical engineering degree.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • An open mind when it comes to assisting with creating new processes.
  • Experience in CAD.
  • Unigraphics/NX CAD software.
  • VBA/Python coding.
  • Time spent in a manufacturing environment.
  • GD&T familiarity.
