Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply. Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Nice To Haves

Experience with project management, project scheduling
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Familiarity with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA)

Responsibilities

Participates on smaller projects or task-related activities including but not limited to hardware design, testing, and processing as part of a cross-functional team
Executes tasks to a detailed technical schedule
Performs data gathering, plotting, and basic presentations
Helps create Bill of Materials (BOM) in Team center PLM
Collaborates with project engineers across the teams both face to face and through multiple electronic forms
Participates in root cause analysis and help drive robust corrective actions for evacuation slide manufacturing and fielded product
Helps coordinate the building and testing of prototypes
Helps creates or revise qualification test reports and field investigation reports
