Tool and Die Repair - 2nd shift

We are looking for a Tool and Die teammate for 2nd or 3rd shift. Hours for second shift are 3:00 p.m.- 11:00 p.m. Hours for third shift are 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
- Must have 3 years’ experience in an injection molding tooling environment.
- Intermediate math skills.
- GD&T knowledge.
- Skilled knowledge in use of T.I.G., heliarc welder, Bridgeport mill, lathe, drill press, surface grinder, and work to close tolerances.
Responsibilities
- Repair and retrofit broken mold sections.
- Polish mold sections.
- Work with Area Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and Process Technicians regarding mold and repair in the machine.
- Maintain clean work area.
- Practice safe working habits, adhering to all safety standards.
- Follow Mold Repair Preventive Maintenance Schedule, making sure mold PM’s are completed, as scheduled, to prevent tool down time.
