About The Position

As a Tool & Die Maker, you’ll ensure our production tools and equipment are in optimal condition, directly impacting product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Working in a state-of-the-art, safety-driven facility, you will:

Requirements

• Tool and Die Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong mathematical skills.
• Experience with precision tools and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Knowledge or willingness to learn EDM, CNC lathe, and CAD.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A commitment to teamwork, safety, and learning new techniques.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain precision tools, dies, and machinery.
• Use a variety of equipment, including grinders, lathes, mills, and CNC machines.
• Study blueprints and specifications to plan and execute tooling operations.
• Perform test runs to verify parts meet precise tolerances.
• Continuously improve toolroom processes and assist in maintaining a clean, organized workplace.
