About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED - Trade school preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain CNC grinders, lathes, Bridgeport mills, welders, plasma cutters
  • Perform tool and die machining using blueprints and precision measuring instruments
  • Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, pumps, and production equipment
  • Refurbish and rebuild tooling for can-making machinery
  • Measure and calculate raw material requirements
  • Catalog and organize production tooling for efficiency
