About The Position

Primary responsibility is to assist the Manager of Tommy’s Folly Boutique in all aspects of the daily operations of Tommy’s Folly Boutique. Must uphold and execute brand integrity throughout all duties. These duties may be described as, but not limited to:

Requirements

  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects daily.
  • Must be physically able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder.
  • Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Take directions and follow through in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to complete projects with deadlines.
  • Perform job functions without constant direct supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Office experience preferred. Must be able to multi-task.
  • All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Cape Resorts standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of Shopify point of sale and inventory systems.
  • Responsible for managing shops and employees during Manager’s absence.
  • Responsible for creating schedules and submitting payroll during Manager’s absence.
  • Responsible for online order fulfillment
  • Run and track daily sales for Tommy’s Folly Boutique.
  • Assist in keeping the store neat, clean, stocked and that all merchandise is displayed properly.
  • Assist with receiving and tagging of merchandise.
  • Assist with Instagram: creating content, making posts and stories, and responding to inquiries
  • Assist in overall merchandising of the store.
  • Assist in taking quarterly inventory.
  • Must communicate with Boutique Manager and Buyer on low stock items for reordering.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all products and vendors so that you can answer any questions guests may ask about the merchandise. Responsible to train employees on products and vendors.
  • Assist in placing calls with guests to fulfill special requests.
  • Must be knowledgeable of our online offerings.
  • May be asked to accompany Buyer to Shows to be knowledgeable of new merchandise and vendors.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
  • Must possess professionalism at all times and uphold Cape Resorts’ standards.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all Cape Resorts properties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
