About The Position
The Learning Experience – Gaithersburg is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop language, independence, and early social skills through structured routines and hands-on learning experiences.
Requirements
- Infant/Toddler qualified under Maryland regulations
- Prior toddler classroom experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable and collaborative team member
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging classroom activities appropriate for toddlers
- Support early communication and social development
- Guide transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Partner with families through daily communication
- Follow health, safety, and licensing expectations
