We are seeking a passionate and engaging 3’s Lead Toddler Teacher to join our close-knit school community. In this role, you will lead a small classroom of approximately 12–13 children, supported by an assistant teacher, creating a joyful, structured, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. This is an ideal opportunity for an educator who values strong relationships, enjoys bringing energy and creativity into the classroom, and is excited to incorporate Jewish values into everyday learning in an inclusive and welcoming way.

Requirements

• Child Development Associate (CDA) required.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and classroom management.
• Warm, energetic, and engaging teaching style.
• Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must meet Georgia state licensing requirements for early childhood educators.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a preschool classroom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a preschool classroom of 3-year-old children, fostering a warm, engaging, and structured environment.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum.
• Incorporate Jewish values and traditions in a way that is inclusive and meaningful for all families.
• Guide children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Collaborate closely with your assistant teacher and school leadership.
• Communicate regularly with families through the Brightwheel app.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and occasional school events.
• Utilize dedicated planning time to prepare thoughtful and engaging lessons.
