Requirements
- ECE certification (required) in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers (1+ year preferred).
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the toddler classroom and ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Build strong, positive relationships with families through consistent communication and daily updates.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain classroom excellence and compliance.
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
