About The Position

We are looking for a Tobacco Tax Reporting Specialist to take ownership of our compliance and tax reporting. In this role, you aren’t just entering data—you are the guardian of our regulatory standing, ensuring every stamp is accounted for and every report is precise. This is an on-site position, NOT remote.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• Strong computer literacy (Excel is a must)
• An eagle eye for detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs occasionally.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AS400
• Experience with Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Generate, file, and pay cigarette/tobacco taxes accurately and on time.
• Manage stamp inventory and ensure lawful delivery.
• Handle AP postings and work with the accounting team on monthly reports.
• Research data discrepancies and catch math errors before they become problems.
