About The Position

ACDC Dynamics a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry. Purpose of the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Category Specialist – Solar to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling all Solar products. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
2+ years of sales experience in electrical products, preferably solar.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of cutting-edge solar products to residential and commercial clients.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on market trends.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our innovative Solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
