The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience. The consultant will engage customers, determine their boating and/or ATV needs, and provide necessary information for informed buying decisions. Key responsibilities include maintaining current product knowledge, adhering to selling skills training, working cooperatively with the Service Department for seamless delivery, and maintaining confidentiality. The consultant is also responsible for preparing and maintaining the showroom, generating and managing leads in a CRM tool, participating in special events, accurately completing paperwork, and meeting individual monthly sales goals. The position requires maintaining a clean and professional work area and following all company policies and procedures.
