Organizational Context and Scope IOM provides comprehensive support to the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP), including case processing, migration health assessments, cultural orientation training, organized transportation, and administration of the travel loan and collections program. The Department of Mobility Pathways and Inclusion (MPI), through the Resettlement and Movement Management Division (RMM), holds organizational responsibility for providing direction, oversight, and guidance to IOM’s worldwide support for all resettlement programs.    Under the direct supervision of the Head of USRAP Travel Loan Program (TLP) and the overall supervision of the USRAP Global Coordinator, the TLP Systems Solutions & Innovation Officer will be based in Washington, DC, United States of America, will support the program achieving full efficiency, accountability and innovation, and is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities.
