About The Position

Penske Vehicle Services is responsible for the preparation, registration, exchange, and disposal of Toyota employee lease vehicles. A variety of computer applications and software is utilized to ensure compliance with State and Department of Motor Vehicles regulations, as well as Toyota employee policies. The Plano Vehicles Title Coordinator supports title management activities related to the Toyota company vehicles.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through to completion
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse clients and cross-functional teams in a changing environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent physical movement throughout the facility
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an inventory of vehicle titles according to control procedures
  • Research vehicle title history using internal software tools as well as publicly available information
  • Support vehicle purchases and auction sales by supplying titles or Manufacture Statements of Origin (MSO)
  • Acknowledge and respond to emails and other communications within expected guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers (requires coordination with dealerships, vendors and DMVs)
  • Other duties as assigned by Leadership
