About The Position

We are seeking a Title Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple states. You will handle title-related inquiries and issues through various communication channels and maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the process.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in vehicle title processing.
• Proven ability to manage title-related responsibilities and resolve issues.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in automotive-related customer service roles.
• Familiarity with sending titles to buying dealers and troubleshooting end-user issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming title issues via email, text, and phone calls, providing timely and thorough responses.
• Take ownership of title issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Process vehicle titles from multiple states, verifying accuracy and marketability.
• Receive and distribute packages from UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Review and organize titles, creating necessary documentation for marketability.
• Sort titles by VIN and send to the correct buyer.
• Upload verified titles into the system.
