Job Responsibilities: Verifies and ensures accuracy of recorded information, including tax, forms, fees, license/vin information etc. Verifies that all documents are approved, signed and distributed according to established procedure Serves as a point of contact for employee/customer questions about policies and procedures Works exception queues and updates and validates title, registration and other exceptions in the system Assists vendors, dealers, and other third parties with questions about processes, status and issue resolution. Troubleshoots and resolves issues for completion of title, registration and related work on behalf of internal and external customers. Keeps up to date with title, registration, and related regulatory requirements and changes. Completes title packets within given states requirements and deadlines
