Job Responsibilities: Intake process- scanning all titles into title vault Verify and validate titles for title negotiability Ship all sold vehicle titles via FedEx or USPS to client Responsible for generating and fulfilling picklist Responsible for performing monthly title audit and reconciling audit discrepancies Responsible for sorting and filing title inventory

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.
  • Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
