Requirements

Must be able to pass background checks for both Copart and USAA
Any prior employment with USAA (including temporary roles) must have ended in good standing
Meet all requirements of USAA to be granted permission to work within their systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Teams

Responsibilities

Manage multiple queues and spreadsheets to process requests from Copart and USAA
Research, retrieve, upload, and request required documentation
Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Maintain and continuously update a live spreadsheet throughout the day
Communicate with yard management to provide updates and resolve issues
Make outbound calls to yards and adjusters as needed
Handle sensitive actions that may have financial impact and require careful attention
