About The Position

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Title Examiner for Florida Title Production to join its Maitland, FL office. Duties Searching and Examining.• Use our Title plant and our Production software to create title packages and reports.• Work with our offshore team.• Customer service.• Search our title plant and public records for legal documents related to property.• Examine those documents for validity and accuracy.• Prepare reports that outline actions needed to clear title.• Report any defects or discrepancies in the title chain.

Requirements

High school diploma.
3-5 years of Florida Title.
Knowledge and understanding of Foreclosures, Probates and Bankruptcy and how those affect title.
Good computer and typing skills.
Must be able to meet productivity goals and turn times.
Detail Oriented.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Title Point and Title Wave a plus, but not necessary.
