Requirements

Previous DMV/Title/Legal experience required.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to effectively communicate between multiple departments.
Professional conduct.

Responsibilities

Prepare DMV, Reg, Title, and Tax Documents with precise accuracy.
Report directly to the General Manager, combine efforts to improve customer experience and quality control.
Submit all legal transfer documents to DMV, including in-state and out-of-state transactions.
Receive and Process paperwork from the Finance Department.
Research vehicle titles and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Work alongside the Finance Managers to ensure a timely closing of all sales in a manner that promotes a high level of customer satisfaction.
Effectively build strong relationships and rapport with all customers and employees in ways that lead to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and loyalty.
Meet company timelines in processing title, DMV, tax, and administrative paperwork.
Prepare deal closing documents for Finance Managers in a timely and precise manner.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Organization, communication, precision, and accountability are a must!
